Spring Trainee Analyst Program
Each Fall we start recruiting for our Spring Trainee Analyst Program. The Trainee Analysts go through a semester-long program with workshops on best practices in consulting and finance. Top-performing trainee analysts are then promoted to the Analyst role.
Target Years: First-years/Sophomores at Trinity, Pratt, or DKU
Pro-Bono Consulting Track
We recruit exceptional candidates either through referrals or through our rolling recruitment to be a GrowMore Consultant. GrowMore Consultants work in teams of 5 on 4-12 week projects for various enterprises ranging from startups to mid-sized and large firms.
Target Years: Sophomores and Juniors from Trinity, Pratt, or DKU; Graduate Students from Fuqua, Nicholas, Pratt, Sanford, or DKU
